Walter’s wealth of knowledge surrounding the 12-steps plays a vital role in his daily interactions with the residents of the All My Relations program. His compassion, empathy, and care are displayed every day in his role as Client Care Supervisor.

Cynthia Myran

Elder


From the Anishnaabe and Dakota First Nations in Manitoba, Cynthia moved to BC in her twenties and began exploring Indigenous spirituality under the guidance of important teachers and mentors, including Sundance Chief Ruben George. She is now an Elder with Circle 5 and Xyolhemeylh, leads Sundance ceremonies, Vision Quests, helps men at a treatment facility, carries out end of life ceremonies, and is a pipe carrier.

Certified Indigenous Addiction Counsellor


Adam counsells and facilitates groups at our All My Relations program. He is enrolled in Gabor Mate's approach to psychotherapy "Compassionate Inquiry". He helps facilitate our Family Education Group and manages one of our sober living residences.

Don Moran, ICADC, CCAC, CYCC

Counsellor


With over 20 years’ work experience, education and research in the addiction field Don brings his passion to life by helping individuals, families and significant others find recovery. Through lived experience Don knows all too well the struggles that families and significant others face when addiction has a hold on a loved one. Don works tirelessly to ensure that his clients receive the best possible quality of care through assessment, education, advocacy, referral to community resources and professional ethics.

Counsellor


My name is (Ochechek) Lynn Power, I am a visitor, originally from the OCHEKIWI SIPI: FISHER RIVER Cree Nation in Manitoba, I acknowledge the traditions, protocols, and teachings of the Elders and Knowledge keepers from these territories.

I hold a degree in M.Ed., Administration and Leadership from the University of British Columbia. My designations include Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), Certified Addictions Counsellor II with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification and bring with me over 27 years experience working in the field of mental health and addictions, complex trauma, and crisis intervention.
